Modular Cleanroom Installation Process
Date:2023/4/7 | Views:865
Compared to traditional cleanrooms, modular cleanrooms have the advantages of more convenient installation process, simpler installation process, and higher installation efficiency. The first step in installing a modular cleanroom is floor protection. After completing the floor protection, the main frame can be constructed. The main frame can be made of three materials: iron square coated frame, stainless steel frame, and aluminum profile frame, which are user-friendly and meet various production needs.

After the framework is built, it is necessary to install a glass window and clean steel plate enclosure. The modular clean room produced by Dexin Zhiyuan uses double-layer tempered glass, which is sturdy and durable, and is equipped with a desiccant to prevent glass fogging. The size of the glass window is fixed, without the need for on-site cutting. It is assembled in the factory and transported to the construction site, greatly improving construction speed while ensuring construction safety.

Following closely is the FFU installation. FFU, also known as fan filter unit, is the unit that delivers clean air while filtering, making it the most effective unit in the entire clean room. Modular cleanrooms can be equipped with a corresponding number of FFUs according to the cleanliness level requirements. The more FFUs there are, the higher the cleanliness level.

After the main parts are completed, clean room doors and windows need to be installed. The clean room doors and windows produced by Dexin Zhiyuan adopt a dispensing process, which increases the airtightness of the clean room and extends the service life of the doors and windows. Additionally, a delivery window can be selected for convenient item delivery. Modular cleanrooms can be equipped with regular (sterile) transfer windows, laminar flow transfer windows, and air shower transfer windows. The doors on both sides of the transfer window cannot be opened simultaneously. When transferring items, one side of the window must be tightly closed before the other side can be opened, ensuring clean air inside the clean room and improving the efficiency of transferring small items.

The above is the complete installation process for modular clean rooms, and equipment such as air shower rooms, clean wardrobes, and shoe changing stools can also be selected according to needs. The modular construction of the clean room is more convenient for personalized customization, and the simple process also reduces the preparation time in the early stage of production, allowing the clean room to be put into practical use more quickly.
