What are the designs for modular cleanrooms for fire safety?
Date:2023/4/21 | Views:714
A clean room is a relatively enclosed space that is required for most industrial production, and personnel need to work inside it for a long time. Once a fire occurs, it is highly likely to cause casualties and even explosions. In order to avoid fires, modular cleanrooms have made many unique designs in terms of fire safety.

Firstly, the modular cleanroom is entirely made of non flammable materials. The surrounding enclosure is made of painted steel plates or stainless steel plates with hollow glass windows, which not only ensures cleanliness, but also heat-resistant and flame retardant, fundamentally cutting off the possibility of fire.

An ordinary clean room has only one clean door. In order to ensure the cleanliness, a door closer is usually used, and the door will automatically close when people enter or leave. But in the event of an accident, people are easily trapped indoors or stampeded due to congestion. The modular clean room is equipped with an escape door that opens immediately and does not automatically close. The handle of the escape door is specially painted red, which is particularly eye-catching. In the event of an accident, personnel can quickly evacuate through the escape door to avoid situations where the door cannot be opened in panic. In normal times, escape doors can also be used as a way to get off work.

The modular clean room has an intelligent control system, which can be equipped with smoke sensors internally. The indoor smoke situation is monitored through an external large touch panel. Once smoke is generated indoors, external personnel can immediately observe abnormalities through the panel, and then quickly evacuate internal personnel to avoid causing casualties.

The FFU in the clean room is in high-speed operation mode for a long time during operation, and the control system of the modular clean room can also detect the operation status of the FFU in real-time. Once the FFU overheats, the control panel will issue an alarm immediately, completely eliminating the possibility of a fire.

For the sake of fire safety, the modular cleanroom has made sufficient preparations. Dexin Zhiyuan always adheres to the principle of putting people first in the design of modular clean rooms, considering users everywhere, and implementing safety and efficiency throughout.
