Will working in a dust-free workshop cause physical discomfort?
Date:2023/5/6 | Views:826
A dust-free workshop is essential for most industrial production, and relevant employees spend most of the day in a dust-free workshop. Many people are concerned that a dust-free workshop may cause harm to people's bodies. Below, we will analyze this issue from multiple perspectives.

Most people are concerned that the air sent out from clean workshops can be harmful to human health. But in reality, the air filtered by high-efficiency filters is not only harmless, but also has certain benefits for the body. The air discharged from the dust-free workshop is cleaner and contains fewer particles compared to the external air, which is beneficial for the respiratory health of workers and makes them feel more comfortable.

On the other hand, some people may worry that the air pressure in the dust-free workshop may be too high or too low, leading to poor breathing. Firstly, when designing a dust-free workshop, ventilation issues will be taken into account, and the number of FFUs will be determined based on indoor area and exhaust air volume to maintain a relatively comfortable and stable air pressure. Secondly, the air pressure in the dust-free workshop is not adjustable. When the air pressure is too high, the exhaust air volume can be appropriately reduced to achieve a comfortable level for personnel indoors. Conversely, the exhaust air volume can also be increased. It should be noted that due to its airtightness, there should not be too many operators in the dust-free workshop. Different areas of dust-free workshops have corresponding restrictions on the number of personnel. If the number of personnel carried in a workshop is too large, it will cause insufficient oxygen and cause dizziness and nausea among personnel.

Most dust-free workshops are also equipped with temperature and humidity control equipment, not only for the needs of product production, but also to allow operators to feel comfortable in a relatively enclosed space, especially when the summer is hot and stuffy. The air conditioning system can create a cool environment for personnel and improve production efficiency.

Overall, the dust-free workshop itself will not cause physical discomfort, but if toxic and harmful substances or equipment with radiation are used during the production process, the factory needs to arrange corresponding protective measures. The working principle of a dust-free workshop is to supply and exhaust air, which will minimize pollution and keep the air clean to the maximum extent. It itself will not cause any harm to the human body.
