Precautions for daily use of modular cleanrooms
Date:2023/5/9 | Views:806
Modular cleanrooms are a new type of cleanroom that is more convenient and efficient, and have been widely used in various industries. So what precautions should be taken when working in a modular cleanroom?

Firstly, it is about the operators. To maintain cleanliness, internal operators must wear anti-static clothing, hats, and shoes, and it is strictly prohibited to carry various items that are prone to dust or production into the modular cleaning room. If possible, an air shower room and a cargo shower room can be selected to ensure cleanliness by blowing and showering the dust before personnel or goods enter. Before starting the operation, it is necessary to turn on the FFU (fan filter unit) switch 10 to 20 minutes in advance, and personnel can only start working after reaching the purification state.

Secondly, it is the regular maintenance of internal accessories in modular cleanrooms. The FFU of the modular cleanroom, the interior of the cleanroom, and the tempered glass windows all need to be regularly wiped to keep them clean. Clean the hardware accessories on doors and windows, and add a small amount of lubricating oil after a period of use. The consumables in the modular cleaning room also need to be replaced regularly. The service life of the primary filter is generally 720 hours, and the service life of the high-efficiency filter is generally 8000 hours, depending on the specific usage situation. If not replaced for too long, it can easily cause filter blockage and affect air blowing. Additionally, it should be noted that after replacing the high-efficiency filter, the FFU parameters should be retested to meet the requirements before continuing with operation.

During the operation of FFUs, special attention should be paid to their operation. The modular clean room is equipped with an intelligent control system, an external touch panel, and each FFU has a separate display for real-time monitoring of operation. Once a fault occurs, it will automatically alarm, and maintenance personnel need to promptly investigate the fault situation and carry out maintenance, even if it is restored to use.

The above are several aspects that need to be paid attention to in daily use. Strictly following the requirements for operation can not only ensure cleanliness, but also reduce damage to modular cleanroom accessories, achieving the highest production efficiency.
