 to vertical air should be full covered with HEPA on the roof,so that can be achieved vertical unidirectional flow clean room,and then attain

Clean booth of 1K~100K: the flow direction is different than Class1-100,the inner air flows with parallel misalignment speed and with the eddy

 and back flow air ,it main depends on the cleanness air to dilute the inner air and discharge out the pollution air gradually so that can be to
